Who provides Egnatia

Egnatia is provided by Cadmus Software Sh.p.k., Tirana, Albania, registration/NIPT M61621026V. Contact hello@cadmus.al for website, product or terms questions.

Access and availability

The iPhone/iPad beta is distributed by invitation through TestFlight. Public App Store downloads are not available yet. Android and dedicated desktop apps are planned without confirmed release dates. Beta features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable.

New draft estimates need a reachable compatible HTTPS engine. The default Egnatia-operated engine at engine.egnatia.app is not publicly available at the date above. Local preview and saved estimate data do not make a processing service available. Separate platform terms, including Apple's TestFlight terms, also apply where relevant.

Drawings, permissions and confidentiality

You keep your rights in drawings, notes and other content you provide. You are responsible for having permission to open, process and share that content, including any client or third-party confidential information. Sending a file for processing permits the handling needed to fulfill that request; it does not transfer ownership to Cadmus.

Choosing another engine sends content to that operator. Check its terms, privacy practices and security before using it. Do not use the service to infringe rights, access someone else's data, distribute harmful files, bypass safeguards or disrupt systems.

Drafts require review

Estimates, quantities, recognised objects and reference prices are working drafts. They are not verified takeoffs, quotations, valuations, contractual commitments, engineering advice or approvals. Review the source drawing, units, quantities, prices, assumptions and project scope before relying on or sharing a result.

Drawing bounds can be an area approximation rather than an accurate floor area. Recognition and preview support vary by entities, fonts and file versions. Current estimates use Albanian lek (ALL) and exclude VAT. You are responsible for project-specific tax, pricing and professional checks.

Local storage and exports

Saved estimate documents are stored on the device where you save them. There is no automatic cloud sync, and the original drawing is not permanently included in a saved estimate. Keep source files and export separate backups. Reinstalling the app, losing a device or removing documents can make local work unavailable.

PDF, Excel and CSV exports are shared to destinations you choose. Those applications and providers are responsible for their own handling of the copies.

Website content and examples

The website's building geometry and sample drawing are illustrative. App captures use synthetic example data for estimate demonstrations. Sample quantities and prices are not live engine output or an offer. Roadmap items describe intentions and may change.

Egnatia branding, application code and website content belong to Cadmus or their respective rights holders, subject to applicable licences. You may use provided samples for evaluating Egnatia. Third-party and open-source components remain governed by their own licences. These terms do not take ownership of your content.

External sites, file providers, engines and sharing destinations have their own terms. Read our privacy notice for local data, processing, website records and support messages.

Responsibilities and statutory rights

We aim to provide a useful product, but beta operation, compatibility, availability and draft accuracy cannot be guaranteed. To the extent permitted by applicable law, do not rely on the beta as the sole basis for construction, safety, procurement or contractual decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Any future paid service will provide its pricing, billing and cancellation terms before purchase. This site does not currently take payments.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes to a separately agreed service will be handled under that agreement and applicable law. For help, visit Support or email hello@cadmus.al.
