Beta availability

The iPhone beta also supports iPad. TestFlight invitations are arranged by the team; there is no public App Store download yet. Android and dedicated desktop apps are planned.

The default engine, https://engine.egnatia.app, is not publicly available yet. Local preview and saved estimates can still be used. New estimates require a reachable compatible HTTPS engine configured in Settings.

Start with a drawing

  1. Open Home and tap Upload drawing. Choose a DWG or DXF from Files, up to 50 MB.
  2. Choose Preview drawing to inspect model space locally. Use Viewer to pan, zoom and fit the drawing.
  3. To request a new draft, check the engine address in Settings and choose Create Preventiv from Home. This sends the drawing to that engine and needs an internet connection.
  4. Review flagged quantities, units and reference prices. Add notes and mark checked lines before saving or exporting.

Keep your work close

Documents holds saved estimates on this device. Save up to 30 documents, with up to 10 versions each. Search, rename and group them by project. Saved estimate data can be reviewed, edited and exported offline.

There is no automatic cloud sync. Saved estimates do not include a permanent copy of the original drawing. Keep the source file separately and export a backup of important estimates. If an engine has deleted the original, import the source again to reopen it in Viewer.

Common questions

The engine cannot be reached

Check your internet connection and the HTTPS engine address in Settings. The default public service is not available yet. A successful connection needs a compatible Egnatia API, not just any web address. Contact us for current service information.

My drawing does not render correctly

The viewer is read-only and opens model space. Supported entities, fonts and file versions vary; external references or unsupported objects may not appear. Try a compatible DXF copy and compare it against the original in your CAD tool. Never treat an incomplete preview as the source of truth.

How do exports work?

Open an estimate and choose Export, then PDF, Excel or CSV. The system share sheet lets you choose Files or another app. Amounts are in Albanian lek (ALL), excluding VAT. All quantities, unit prices and scope require professional review.

How can I remove saved work?

Remove the document and its saved versions in Documents. Export a backup first if you need a copy. Removing local records does not delete files you exported, copies held by other apps or cloud providers, device backups, or records held by an independently operated engine.

Can I use a different engine?

Yes. Settings accepts a compatible HTTPS engine address. That operator controls the processing and retention of files sent to it. Check its privacy practices and your authorization to send the drawing before connecting.

When you contact us

Include your app version/build, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, the steps you took and any error message. A screenshot is useful if it does not contain confidential information. Do not send passwords, signing credentials or private client drawings.
