Last updated 11 October 2026
Your drawings are yours. This notice explains what stays on your device, what a processing request sends, and the choices you have.
- No account is required for the current mobile beta.
- Saved estimates and preferences stay in app storage on your device.
- Local preview does not require an estimate-processing upload.
- Creating a draft sends your selected drawing to the engine configured in Settings.
- The app and this website do not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Who is responsible
Egnatia is provided by Cadmus Software Sh.p.k., Tirana, Albania, registration/NIPT M61621026V. For privacy questions and requests, contact hello@cadmus.al.
This notice covers egnatia.app and the current Egnatia iPhone/iPad beta. An independently operated engine, a file provider or a destination you choose for sharing handles its own copy under its own practices.
Information on your device
The app stores saved estimates, document and project names, drawing metadata, versions, quantities, unit prices, review notes, appearance preferences and your engine address. These support document history, offline estimate review and your settings. They are not automatically synced to an Egnatia cloud account.
Saved estimates do not contain a permanent copy of the original drawing. Files you choose remain subject to their original file provider's settings. Exports may be placed in temporary app storage for the system share sheet. Your operating system or cloud backup settings may include app data.
Drawing processing and engine availability
When you request an estimate, the app sends the selected drawing and filename to the configured engine over HTTPS. Drawings can include geometry, text, layers, properties and information added by their authors. The connection also exposes transient network information, including your IP address, to the services handling it.
The default address is https://engine.egnatia.app. The public Egnatia-operated engine is not available at the date of this notice. Its intended processing model is transient: uploaded drawings, derived processing data and request logs are deleted after processing completes, rather than kept as a drawing archive. We will confirm the deployed service's processing, retention and hosting details in this notice before public processing becomes available.
If you connect a different engine, its operator determines server-side storage, access, deletion and location. We cannot delete copies held by that operator. Review its privacy notice before sending a drawing. Only send files you are entitled to process.
Website visits
Hostinger serves this website. Website delivery and security can involve IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information and access/error records. Those operational records are separate from drawing processing; a no-retention drawing design does not mean that website or email records never exist.
The site's own code does not set cookies, use browser storage, embed third-party trackers or run advertising or analytics SDKs. Fonts, brand assets and screenshots are served with the website. Hostinger's infrastructure can process technical information under its hosting arrangements.
Support and early-access enquiries
Email links open your email application. We receive the address, message and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to answer your request or arrange beta access. An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. Providing an email and relevant details is voluntary, but we need a way to reply if you ask for help.
We keep correspondence as needed to answer and follow up on the enquiry, resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. We do not apply the planned drawing-engine deletion model to support emails. Do not attach confidential drawings unless you intend to share them with the support team.
Purposes, providers and retention
We process support details to respond to your request and take steps you ask for before providing access. Website delivery, security and service administration serve our legitimate interests in operating a reliable service. Legal obligations may require certain business records. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Hosting, email delivery and support providers may handle information on our behalf. Their systems can operate outside Albania. Contact us for the applicable provider, storage location, transfer safeguards and retention information for your enquiry. Retention depends on the purpose, whether a request is still open, applicable obligations and the provider's operational settings; no fixed hosting-log deletion period is claimed here.
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Draft construction estimates remain subject to your professional review.
Your choices and rights
- Preview locally without requesting an engine estimate.
- Remove saved documents and versions from Documents, or change the engine in Settings.
- Choose where exports go and manage copies in Files, backups and other services.
- Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, or to object to processing, where applicable. If processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it.
- You may raise a complaint with the Albanian Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data, or another competent supervisory authority.
Removing the app normally removes app-owned local data from that device. It does not remove exported copies, backups or another operator's records. We may need proportionate information to verify a privacy request; do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are needed.
Security and changes
Remote engine connections use HTTPS. Protect your device and choose an engine you trust. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We update this notice when the service or its practices change; the date above identifies this version.
